Breakfast Club
The Breakfast Club is a great way to socialize with people and make new like-minded friends in London. After each Neighbourhood Bootcamp a big group of us is going to a nearby breakfast place to chat and enjoy breakfast together! No need for showers or fancy clothes, all we need is a big smile and positive attitude.

From complete Beginners to very Advanced:

Our classes are designed so that everyone gets the most out of each session. Do not worry if you are a complete beginner, we all had to start somewhere and it is very often the first step that transforms our live.

Rain or shine, we will always be there:

Do not be put off by bad weather conditions. We always adapt our outdoor classes to suit the weather conditions so that you can have the best possible experience.

No booking required for members:

If you are a member, you just turn up whenever you want without having to book for a class. Pay As You Go & Voucher customers have to book to attend a class. To learn more about membership benefits click here.

Showers and Changing Areas:

There will be a place to change clothes for all indoor sessions. Showers are also available whenever shower sign displayed on the timetable. For outdoor sessions we recommend changing clothes prior to coming although there are options available to change clothes.
