Breakfast Club
After our Saturday and Sunday Bootcamps, to celebrate our achievements we go for a healthy Breakfast combined with educational discussions/quizzes at Wholefoods, High Street Kensington. It is a great way to make friends, get to know the coaches and become a part of The Transformers Family

About the bootcamps & classes.

We understand that all of our clients start with unique fitness levels and goals. Our classes are designed to not only achieve your goals but also to push through them and redefine them to levels you hadn’t thought possible. Many of our clients start by wanting to just lose a bit of weight, but before long they declare that they want to be ripped!

We offer a range of fitness classes in Oxford Street, Clapham Common Region, Richmond Park Region, Battersea Park Region as well as in Hyde Park Region to create a well-rounded fitness and weight loss programme. From high intensity circuit-training to work on your cardiovascular and strength training to yoga which works your flexibility and state of mind.

To be honest, our classes are not easy. But with the hard work comes the rewards and we have found that our members lose more weight in 10 weeks with us than they do at their regular gyms in a whole year! Don’t be scared, although it is tough, we make it fun at the same time. Our coaches are genuinely caring and genuinely passionate about what they do so you feel nurtured to new heights.

Our classes are designed for everyone!

No matter if you're the fittest person on earth or whether the last time you did exercise was a PE lesson at school, you can come to any of our classes. During high intensity circuit classes and bootcamps, drills are done by time, not reps, so you can go at your own pace. Obviously we want you to get results fast so the harder you push, the better for you.

Don't worry about being left behind in our running classes either- we divide up in to groups of differing ability, so everyone has a training partner with whom they can keep up with. One of the highest honours is moving up through the groups! In our Yoga and Hypno Bodyflex classes, our instructor will give alternative movements for beginners and advanced, so none feels left out and everyone can benefit.

Where can I leave my belongings?
You can leave your belongings safely in our company car (The Transformers Mobile) which is parked where we start and finish the workout or with a member of staff at a designated station.
Is my level of fitness suitable for the class?
Yes it is! All our exercises are designed so that everyone can finish them at their own pace and intensity. We also show different variations of each exercise- beginners, intermediate and advanced moves. Depending on the day, we might divide in to 2 or 3 groups based on fitness levels to make sure everyone gets what they need. No one leaves The Transformers feeling that they did not get a hard workout!
Do I need to bring my own water?
We would recommend that you bring your own water. We tend to drink at the beginning and at the end of our workouts in cold weather, and it can be very cold so we don't like to take too many breaks and stop moving! During the warmer months, we take more water breaks and use the fountains throughout the park.
Are classes cancelled during bad weather?
No! No matter if it is raining, windy, snowing or hot, we do not cancel classes! We are not made of sugar! We believe that consistency is the key to success, so bad weather does not stop us! Plus every season/weather has something unique to offer that no other does, e.g. views, feelings & memories. A summer beach body is forged during the winter.
